- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always overdeliver. You are purchasing art through film when you hire us, and you are hiring a true artist, and creative director every time. ***** Not simply just a videographer. ****** So the cost we quote for you is typically as low as we can possibly charge for the high quality of our work. Our customers rave about the quality of our work, and are always satisfied. Each frame of our film is a painting. Wouldn't you rather pay slightly more for a video that knocks your socks off, and takes your breath away? One you love and are proud to share, than one that falls flat and is lackluster? So spending a few hundred more is often well worth the lasting value. A video to cherish for a lifetime! So when you shop for someone to film for you be sure that you look at the QUALITY of their work first and foremost, secondly their care and customer service, and lastly the cost. Our artists and creative directors carefully fuss over every detail; color, clarity, composition, and emotion when filming and editing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value building a relationship with you. So we always begin with a free initial phone consultation to ask you a few questions about your needs and special aspects you wish for us to highlight when filming. We want to learn what is really important to you, catch "YOUR VISION", so your film becomes an extension of you. We are artists and creative directors, so we are happy to create or edit scripts, or other details to create a compelling video. Secondly, we create a contract for you to review and sign. Typically we require a 50% deposit upon receipt of the signed contract, and require payment in full within 10 days after the filming date(s). This "seals the deal" and locks you into our schedule. Lastly, we form an ongoing relationship with you via email and text/phone so you can update us with details as the day of filming approaches. We look forward to getting to know you!

Most people are hiring us at very pivotal times in their lives; their wedding day, growing a business and really need high-quality digital marketing videos to really take their business to the next level, an important professional conference, a significant life event such as a birthday, or perhaps a music video to display their true artistic talent. So it is truly a joy to share with our customers on their special day. Not only is it important to us to provide compelling gorgeous imagery through video, audio, lighting, and music. We are there also as a friend, to guide and support them in the details that come up on that day, to help create ease, and comfort during stressful moments.
