July 31, 2022--Brad and his group have been our only Plumber since we moved to Hendersonville, N.C. over 3 years ago. I'm a retired Supervisor of Air traffic Controllers from Atlanta, so I'm very particular about work that is done for me. Brad has completed several difficult projects for my wife and I over the years. A complete "gut" of our Master bath--removal and installation of a new shower and tub, replacement of commode with new generation equipment, vanity and sink and new piping. Another project was the Kitchen Sink removal and replacement with a larger sink unit, still another the recent complete "gut" of our other bathroom. Soon we will be starting on the "from scratch" installation of a bathroom in the basement--Brad does it all-Timing is precise, pricing--given the fluctuating economy-is not exorbitant like other local companies. Being retirees on a fixed income, when Brad gives a price quote, you can count on it. His group is punctual on their time schedule and if there is an urgent situation Brad does his utmost to accommodate the client. What I really like, besides the quality of the work, is his explanation of how he'll accomplish the task, including what could possibly be challenging, the pricing and the start and completion time. Our house is 40 years old, so bringing things up to code is essential for homeowners insurance and safety. We'll be welcoming Brad to start on our next project in about 2 weeks--John n Vicky DiPetta
