Mike and his crew were quick to communicate, professional and friendly! They helped us look at power washing options and completed the job in a timely manner. Apex went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and our house looks great!!!

Mike showed up on time and was really nice. He got right to work and was very thorough. Once he was done the carpet looked amazing and smelled just as good; no more dog smell. Mike was great about explaining the process he was using and how the products were environmentally friendly. When it comes to customer service he was a real pro. There were several other great looking options, but Mike sold the deal with his follow up via email and phone. I'm super happy that I hired him and I would recommend him to anyone looking for carpet or surface cleaning. Thanks Mike!
