Very professional. Listened to my needs and offered suggestions on how to best clean my carpet. Mike explained his process and gave me complete confidence that my stains would be lifted and my carpets would be transformed. I had high hopes, but Apex exceeded my expectations in every way. Apex wasn't the cheapest, but I am 100% convinced they are worth WAY MORE than what they charged me.
