Plumbing Drain Repair
Bill was great. Not only did he install a new faucet in my kitchen, but he also changed my bathroom shower head at no additional cost. Oh, and I almost forgot, on his way out he stopped to add some additional screws to the railing on my porch ramp. He did't want anyone to get hurt. Can you beat that!Oct 17, 2016Verified

Water Heater Installation or Replacement
After reading all the great reviews, Bill was a huge disappointment. He wanted more than the price quoted. He was 5 hours late for installation. After installation , the hot water heater did not work. After contacting him, he promised to come by 4 days in a row with an excuse each time knowing I had no hot water. I had to reach out to another plumbing company to fix his work. Trying to support the local guy through Thumbtack.May 24, 2018Verified
