Elvis is knowledgeabe and does beautiful work. We had a couple of decks that needed to be repaired/replaced. Elvis talked through all of our options and took the time to explain everything to me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free estimates. After I look at the potential project, I price the materials that I will need to do the job and then provide a free estimate so that I can make sure that I am not overcharging nor undercharging since material prices are constantly changing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an in-person meeting to give an estimate and explain what I do and what products I use. If the customer decides to hire me, I ask that a contract be signed by the customer and a customer gets a copy of it. I then take pictures of before and after and do a walk around with the customer once the job is done to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with my work. Customer satisfaction is my highest priority!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 18 years experience roofing and was taught how to do roofs correctly by a roofing inspector.
