Elvis is knowledgeabe and does beautiful work. We had a couple of decks that needed to be repaired/replaced. Elvis talked through all of our options and took the time to explain everything to me. I'll tell you what this man right here is a blessing in disguise because even though of what was said to him about what was going on still comes out and looks and is willing to give it a thought even if he doesn't do it cuz of people not being able to afford it right now just the thought of him coming out here to look at it knowing what was already said what was going on so I will say this construction company here is the best of the best of the best of the best and there's nothing else he could do to be improved like whatsoever Elvis is a wonderful person anybody needs work with roofs I recommend him a hundred and million 10% not 100% 110 million percent I recommend Elvis y'all with his construction company awesome guy very respectful very courteous and very nice

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free estimates. After I look at the potential project, I price the materials that I will need to do the job and then provide a free estimate so that I can make sure that I am not overcharging nor undercharging since material prices are constantly changing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an in-person meeting to give an estimate and explain what I do and what products I use. If the customer decides to hire me, I ask that a contract be signed by the customer and a customer gets a copy of it. I then take pictures of before and after and do a walk around with the customer once the job is done to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with my work. Customer satisfaction is my highest priority!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 18 years experience roofing and was taught how to do roofs correctly by a roofing inspector.
