Elvis is knowledgeabe and does beautiful work. We had a couple of decks that needed to be repaired/replaced. Elvis talked through all of our options and took the time to explain everything to me. We are very happy with his work and his attention to detail. He's also a very kind guy, along with his entire crew. Thank you Elvis! We will definitely hire him for any future needs. I would highly recommend Siendho construction.

Elvis and his team were exceptional. I appreciated his honesty and professional opinion regarding the state of our gutters. He was respectful and punctual. And most importantly he and his team are very dedicated to the quality of their work. Our gutters were spotless and the guards were very meticulously placed. He was easy to communicate with and I like that he provided pictures of his work before during and after completion of the project. We got three quotes and his was competitive. We would not hesitate to hire him in the future!

Elvis exceeded my expectations during the onsite estimate! He was responsive and polite in our communication beforehand, and his professionalism carried through in person. He sketched his plan on paper and used his phone’s stencil tool to show me design and layout options for the deck, which helped clarify the possibilities. He provided clear explanations, answered all my questions, and offered thoughtful suggestions. His approachable demeanor and expertise were evident throughout the process. Trust is key when selecting the right contractor, and Elvis's onsite estimate spoke for itself. While I plan to gather estimates from other deck installers, Elvis is currently my top choice for the job.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free estimates. After I look at the potential project, I price the materials that I will need to do the job and then provide a free estimate so that I can make sure that I am not overcharging nor undercharging since material prices are constantly changing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an in-person meeting to give an estimate and explain what I do and what products I use. If the customer decides to hire me, I ask that a contract be signed by the customer and a customer gets a copy of it. I then take pictures of before and after and do a walk around with the customer once the job is done to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with my work. Customer satisfaction is my highest priority!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 18 years experience roofing and was taught how to do roofs correctly by a roofing inspector.
