FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fully transparent and customized to each project. We don’t use high-pressure sales tactics or “markup” games, just honest pricing based on your roof size, material, and scope. We offer free quotes, financing options, and referral rewards for past customers. Every quote includes premium materials, certified installation, and a lifetime transferable warranty, no surprise fees, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and transparent from the start. Once you reach out, we usually begin with a price range estimate, as long as we can see your home on Google Maps, we can measure your roof remotely and get a solid idea of the size and scope. If that price range sounds good to you, we’ll schedule a site visit to walk the roof, take precise measurements down to the inch, and check for any additional factors that could affect installation, such as rot, pitch, or site conditions. From there, we’ll finalize your detailed quote and help you choose materials and colors. Once approved, we order materials and schedule installation. We offer fast install options depending on your material type: Through-fastened panels: fastest turnaround for cutting and installation. Standing seam panels: typically 1–2 weeks for order and delivery. Stamped metal shingles: slightly longer lead times due to manufacturer production. Throughout the process, we stay in touch to make sure every step from design to delivery goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re North Carolina Roofing Specialists, which means we’re state-licensed for roofing projects that exceed the typical residential threshold, something most shingle installers never have to qualify for. That higher standard ensures we meet state requirements for knowledge, safety, and workmanship on every project. Both Amanda and Andy are True Metal Supply-certified installers, and we’re personally present on every installation to make sure the work meets our standards. All of our crews are True Metal Certified Installers as well, trained specifically in standing seam techniques, flashing detail work, and roof safety best practices. We take ongoing training seriously because it’s what guarantees a roof that not only looks great but lasts for decades in the mountain weather conditions we see here in Western North Carolina.
