- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned both languages as a child and then I decide to become a teacher. In the mean time I helped in my dad's company translating documents and that's how I started liking it and working on it.

- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One thing that I consider as an important asset from my profession is the constant interaction with many different Hispanic cultures and people not only from Mexico but from other countries like Spain, Colombia, Cuba, Costa Rica, etc.
