- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
reakdown:reakdown:We believe in transparent pricing. For all service and repair work, we charge a $92.50 diagnostic fee, which is credited back to your final invoice if you hire us. Our standard rate is $185 per hour, plus the cost of materials. For drain cleaning, there is an initial service fee of $277.50, followed by our standard hourly rate. Please note that for emergency work—which is scheduled outside of regular hours (before 8 a.m. or after 5 p.m. on weekdays, and all day on weekends)—the diagnostic fee and hourly rate double. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a diagnosis. Minor repairs completed on-site same day. Larger repairs quoted on-site, and scheduled following approval.

I have nearly 10 years of experience in my industry, during which I've worked extensively in both service and construction in both residential and commercial capacity.
