fresh perspective was recommended by someone on Nextdoor and was my first experience with them. they are a dedicated, polite and respectful young married couple who were right on time, using texts to remind me of our appointment, alert me that they had left for my residence and follow up and payment request post-appointment. in just under three hours, sylvester and rochelle thoroughly cleaned all windows, inside and out. i would not hesitate to highly recommend fresh perspective.

The job could have been done more efficiently and the debris was thrown in my yard, on top of newly planted rose of Sharon bush and my grill was moved in front of my back door, blocking my way out, I’m in a wheelchair !
I was told I would have pictures when the job was done and I didn’t get any pictures.
I also feel like I was over charged , I guess Sylvester was having a bad day
Details: Single-level building • 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft • No, they don’t have screens or guards • Every 3-6 months

Regarding the debris, the accepted estimate does state that roof debris is blown off and not bagged or removed from the property
