We brought the multi-trainer one on one personal training experience to the Hickory area way back in 1995. We are proud of our reputation of being the most respected, and most retained personal training entity in the area. We currently conduct over 100 unique workouts a week with over 75 unique clients! I can into Original Workout a little over a year ago...a 54 year old female who hadn't worked out since...well, never really. I had gym memberships and vows to go, but made payment and never went. Rob began working with me twice a week then, and from the first day, it was intense. It still is. But the days that I make every excuse in my head about not going, I push myself to go and I leave feeling much better about myself and my physical condition than I did when I walked in. My blood pressure is down; I've lost 15% of my beginning total weight; I'm down 4 dress sizes; and I think I could kick down a door. But just when I think I've got the curcuit Rob has tailored to me down pat, he finds a way to demand a little bit more, and a whole new set of muscles I didn't know I had begins to hurt. I can't get by with not going--Original Workout is right next door to my office---not only is this an excellent place, these Rob and David have earned the reputation of being good business neighbors and family oriented people. They have steered me toward other local businesses. It isn't just the workout either--there is a personalized, concentrated effort to combine exercise, strength training and nutrition to help you be the best "you" possible. Great job, guys.

I started working with Rob 2 years ago. I was overweight, unfit, and unhealthy. I felt bad about myself and what I had become. For Pete's sake, I was once a Division I athlete and a professional basketball player in Germany; but I let myself go after 3 children. So, I started working with Rob and it was tough. He never let me slack and complaining fell on deaf's ear. He had a plan for me; and he was not going to let me deviate. I am now 40 pounds lighter and competing in triathlons (something I would never have dreamed of doing). I am fit again and have a whole new perspective on fitness and nutrition! Rob was vital in my transformation. I will be forever grateful!

TRX- 1 hour class Has helped me to become a better runner, cyclist, triathlete, golfer, and all around athlete. The intensity and pace of the workout stands out. Improvements: more classes I guess?
