Bob was both a professional and such a nice person as well!! He took the time to explain all the things he needed to do to get us going again with our upstairs AC , and also went over all the costs ahead of time!! And now we are COOL as a cucumber 🥰. Highly recommend Bob and his business!!!

I would highly recommend Payless Heating & Air Conditioning! My company has had AC issues for a couple of years. Payless found & addressed all issues quickly and efficiently. He told me what was absolutely needed. Then he gave me options to improve the system, told me cost, and let me decide what I wanted to do. I never felt pressured during the entire process.
