Nancie's Brainworks On Math

I tutor math up to and including pre-calculus algebra. My people range from first grade to local community college level. Many times, these people are able to achieve one to two grade levels higher than without my assistance. We go over what we think is and is not important in word problems, how to set ourselves up to make the fewest possible mistakes, testing and note-taking strategies. Several students have said that if it had not been for our tutoring sessions, they would have quit school, just because of math. It can be explained in an easier way.
