FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of project, the amount of work involved, materials, and the time required. I discuss pricing with the customer before starting the work so there are no surprises. I aim to provide fair, competitive pricing while making sure the job is done properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first speak with the customer to understand exactly what they need done. I discuss the project, look at the work involved, answer any questions, and provide an estimate. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the job, arrive prepared, complete the work carefully, and make sure the customer is satisfied with the finished project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is primarily hands-on experience. I gained practical experience working with my boss and completing different handyman projects, including installations, furniture assembly, painting, repairs, and other home improvement tasks. My experience has taught me how to work safely, efficiently, and professionally.
