Scott Upholstery exceeded my expectations on quality, value and service! I had several companies respond to my request for estimates. Mr. Scott was the most realistic when I asked how much fabric to buy. He estimated 12 yards and another company estimated 20. Scott Upholstry offered free pick up and delivery. He was very flexible with my schedule. Thanks to my dogs, my couch was pretty hairy and smelly. Mr. Scott sanitized and completely de-haired the cushions/padding and before recovering them and there is absolutely no remaining dog smell. (My dogs are no longer allowed on the couch.) The couch looks and feels brand new! I inherited a leather chair and ottoman that belonged to my beloved grandfather. Over the years, the poof of the ottoman had become nearly detached and the seams had split on the seat cushion. Mr. Scott took apart the ottoman and painstakingly reconstructed it, reinforcing every seam. The chair cushion is perfectly restitched. My grandfather and I had a special bond, so seeing his favorite chair and ottoman restored so beautifully was very emotional for me. Mr. Scott is conscientious and very much a craftsman. I highly recommend Scott Upholstery!!!

Harold Scott knows how to (re)upholster like a master. He got into the family business as a teenager, seems to works on a range of fabrics, and charges a VERY FAIR price. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, quality upholstery job within a wide geographic range of his Greensboro homebase.
