- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price starts at $325 for up to a 2000 square foot house, from there I go up $25 every 500 square feet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I have to have 12 hours a year of continuing eduction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the construction industry for 30 years. I've seen and done it all. As I've gotten older the next logical step for me was to become a home inspector. Now I can draw on my knowledge of construction to help people get the most out of there investment.
