- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
l try to be flexible in my pricing to work with the customer. l prefer to see a job in person before giving a price, and can do it by the hour, or price the job as a whole.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l make contact w the customer to get a basic idea of their needs. Then l go to their jobsite to see what l have to deal with, see if want they want is feasible, and take measurements for materials and labor purposes. l then put a price together and give it to the client and proceed from there. l seek input from the client during all phases to ensure l am providing what they want and to alert them to needed changes or problems that may arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
l have always had strong math skills, and worked on a 3 person crew straight out of high school that did it all from the ground up. l have always worked in the field, and readily learn new techniques and ways of doing things
