With over 36 years in deck and porch remodels and additions, my focus is always on quality craftsmanship that lasts. I never cut corners, even when it costs more time or materials, because your home deserves work done the right way.
As a small crew of three, we’re able to stay hands-on with every project and pay close attention to detail. I met Mark as a sub-contractor and ended up cutting out the middle man and hiring him for all my future jobs at my house. He’s honest and reliable. A rare find in contractors. He has personally saved me tons of money on multiple projects from foundation work to structural repair to exterior drainage. Him and his sons can do it all. Plus, each of them are just super likeable.

I was at the point where I needed a new upper and lower deck due to age and condition. Built by Mark Evans came out to look at the deck, measure for the new and talk with me about changes that were needed. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire rebuild. If I had any questions arise, they made sure to answer them to my satisfaction. I made the decision to add a Pergola and they did so with ease. I’ve had so many compliments on the finished product by family, friends and neighbors. We will certainly enjoy this for many, many years to come. I would highly recommend them for any projects or renovations you need.
