I love to work with women who need more confidence before their interview.
After all, interviewing is such a specific form of communication that we don't do every day! Practicing in front of a stranger who is there to provide encouragement, strategies, honest feedback and emotional support can go a long way to acing the interview.
I offer 50-minute consulting sessions where we can:
- Conduct a full mock interview. You send me the job description and your resume in advance and I interview you as if I worked for the company you're aiming for.
or
- Focus on developing answers to the questions you're most afraid will be asked.
Each session also includes a curated list of interview resources, common questions, and tips.
I am a certified coach who brings 12 years of experience in the corporate world including years as a Director of Talent Management. I've been on the other side of the interviewing table, so I know what is really going through the interviewer's mind and what's most important to convey.

I recently started working with Kendra about a month or so ago and found her randomly on this site. She is my first "career coach" I've worked with so this dynamic is a bit new to me... I needed a professional to assist me with mock interviews as I have been seeking a job for over a year now.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$118 for a 50 minute session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I email some ‘food for thought’ questions prior to our first session that are optional for you to start articulating where you are at in your life and career.
During our first session you share the goals or topics you’d like to discuss and I will ask you questions, explore solutions and help you move forward.
It is up to you as to how many sessions you’d like to do. We can meet just once or once a week, once a month, etc.
