We create truly unique dishes through use of techniques, flavor combinations, or re-interpretation of ingredients or cuisine. Our menu changes in respect to our creative inspiration and the changing seasons. We use only high quality products, but where we differ is in our intense approach to what we do with that product rather than just emphasizing where it comes from. We also invite and encourage custom menu creation for events, pop up dinners, or corporate lunches. The creative freedom of having my own business and seeing my customers faces when they try something new or unexpected.

From the very beginning Paul was so wonderful to work with. He was very accommodating and even created a menu for us that wasn’t something that was on his usual menu. Every time I contacted him regarding details for the party he answered in a timely matter and answered any and all my questions. He even did a taste test for us in our home so that we would know what to expect and also allowed us to tweak anything if needed (but no tweaking was necessary). The day of the event he was on time and when it was time for our guests to order he was ready and waiting. The food he prepared was amazing and very affordable. He made sure that my daughters graduation party was perfect. I don’t think Paul realizes how much stress he took from my husband and I. He thought of everything!!! We WILL be using his services again! Thank you, Paul for making our daughters party everything she wanted and allowing us to visit and enjoy time with our family! The Anderson’s

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically price my catering per person so accurate head counts are relatively important.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to not only know as much as possible about the event, but also the person or people it is for. I love creating unique dishes whenever possible and knowing a person's personality and likes and dislikes can have a major impact on what dishes i may execute. Remember this is an EVENT part of my job is to make sure it is memorable, not just satisfying!

graduated from International Culinary Center in New York, New York (formerly the French Culinary Institute)
