Sam from Chief roofing was experienced and did a good job of putting up the new Roof trim. He also checked and nailed few other areas. He drove all the way from Hillsborough to Apex to get the job done. Overall an excellent job.

They could quote over the phone after I explained what I need. Then they scheduled to have the work done within 2 days. It was quick and I am happy with the work. At least they were willing to do the small job of putting the plumbing boots on the vents which most won't do because they don't make big money on it.

Sam from Chief Roofing was here just in about an hour after my initial repair request. All I needed was a pipe boot replaced and he went up on the roof in the rain and got it done. Nice to keep the water outside now where it belongs :)... Thanks Sam.

Eva, the customer service /scheduler was a little curt. It took a while to get a response from her about a confirmation on an appointment, Overall good service. I will rehire them.

Free estimates are available for roofing needs. It is impossible to do a detailed accurate estimate without seeing the roof and evaluate the options available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule free estimate appointment. Work with homeowner deciding options regarding roofing project. Provide detailed written proposal. Follow up and hopefully schedule work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in business since 1986. Owner has been doing roofing for 40 years.
