I was having a hard time figuring out how to go about getting a 6” vent roof cap installed. My island range hood product instructions only mentioned a “qualified hvac tech”. All hvac places I contacted didn’t offer this service anymore and when I contacted roofing companies they didn’t either. I redownloaded the thumbtack app and threw an incorrect request out there for shingle replacement. I was lucky for ProBuilt to not only reply within minutes, but to come out within an hour to give me an estimate. And this I’m sure is a case by case situation, but they were able to do the job minutes after providing me with a quote. So happy to finally have this task completed and now I can cook and vent in my new kitchen!
I will also be working with them for future vent installs when I renovate my bathrooms!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced on our projects. Depending upon the complexity of the project will determine additional costs. We do standardize our pricing and most of our construction estimates are based on standard square measurements which equate to a fixed cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customers immediately to assess and review needs. Build a trusting rapport immediately to help customers feel comfortable with members of our team. We like to provide the best customer service available and it is imperative that we meet with them to discuss the project to provide an accurate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are passionate about our products and services. Our staff is highly trained and skilled. Our project managers have significant education in management and product knowledge.
