Steve was really great. I’m glad I found him on Thumbtack. We had an issue with termites in our home and he gave an honest assessment of how to deal with them... and his first recommendation wasn’t even his services! He treats his clients like his family, and I appreciate that business model.

When I moved into my current apartment, I was horrified to discover that there were hundreds (literally hundreds) of roaches crawling all over the walls. It was something straight out of a horror movie. My landlord was terrible, completely unresponsive, and so when my landlord suggested that we call his personal pest control guy, I was suspicious and nervous to say the least. I wasn't sure I could trust this guy to think about our needs for a safe and clean home as opposed to our landlord's need to have this issue disappear quickly. My suspicions were heightened when I met Steve, and he told me that it would take a couple of weeks to fully get rid of the problem. A couple of weeks, I thought! Absolutely not. I wanted him to bomb the hell out of the apartment. I was hysterical, thinking he just doesn't care. But Steve was very calm and understanding. He took the time to explain why bombing might seem like a good short term solution but was actually terrible, and he would be killing the roaches with aggressive baiting. When I argued with him, he was calmly insistent. Well, Steve was completely right. It did take a little while, but the results were worth it. He completely got rid of the most horrifying infestation I have ever seen. I've had issues with pests in apartments before, and the pest people always get rid of them temporarily, and they always come back. But not with Steve. He was always available, came back to check on the progress over and over, was always willing to explain and reassure, and most importantly he knew his stuff and he didn't let my panic push him into doing a worse job. My landlord did a lot of terrible things, but hiring Steve wasnt one of them. I would recommend him a thousand times over. He even came back and deep cleaned our kitchen after all the roaches were dead so that we would feel comfortable living in our apartment. If you're not sure who to trust with pest issues, trust Steve. If he can put up with my hysteria and still do a perfect job, he can work with anyone.

We find out what kind of problems that the customer has and find the best solution to fix there issue using our EPA approved and green products that are safe to people and pets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience, I am certified and licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. I also take online CCU credits and continuing education courses that keep all my credentials up to date.
