- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Harvest & Trim, we offer fair, transparent pricing based on the scope and complexity of each project. Every job is different, so we provide free estimates to give you an accurate quote with no hidden fees. We keep our rates competitive and are happy to discuss package pricing for multiple services. Seniors, veterans, and repeat customers may also qualify for special discounts. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work at a reasonable price, with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation where we listen to your needs, assess the trees or area in question, and discuss the best solutions. We’ll provide a clear, written estimate and explain the scope of work so you know exactly what to expect. Once the job is scheduled, we show up on time with the right equipment and get to work safely and efficiently. We communicate throughout the process and make sure your property is left clean and safe when we’re done. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re always available to answer any follow-up questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in tree care, with training in proper pruning techniques, safe tree removal, and the use of industry-standard equipment. We've completed safety and rigging courses specific to tree work and stay up to date with best practices in arboriculture. While we’re not certified arborists, our crew is trained to handle trees safely and efficiently, and we take pride in doing the job right. We also carry the proper licensing and insurance to protect our customers and team on every project.
