Showed up on time, and went out of his way to save us money. He replaced one part when he could have charged us for replacing the whole control panel on our dishwasher. This is our new go to guy when we need repairs.

Although I chose not to repair my 10 year old LG I was more than pleased with the time and effort Roland and MCE used working with me. The charges were reasonable and fair. LG service support was a BIG disappointment and I witnessed first hand the discourteousness of that company. I will not replace my fridge with LG. In fact, based on this experience I will not buy another LG product. However, I will call MCE again for service
