I offer great prices with all photographs included on a DVD or Flash drive with printing rights released to my clients. My turnover rate for photographs is super fast and having happy clients is my goal! I love what I do and I love meeting new people. I love to know that the photographs I am taking are memories to be forever cherished. For years to come, my clients will look back on those photographs and smile. Making people smile... that's a big part of why I do what I do.

We had a phenomenal experience with Lu. I was a little nervous hiring our wedding photographer from this site, but it was the best decision I made. Lu took our engagement pictures as well as photographed our wedding day. She was always professional and prompt. She was more than helpful and was willing to try anything we wanted. The pictures ranged from fun and flirty to poised and proper. We come from a very large family and she was able to direct everyone to get all of the shots we wanted. Lu does a great job keeping everyone calm and encourages you to have fun. I will continue to use Lu for any photography needs we may have in the future!

Lu was our wedding photographer for our wedding at Caffe Luna in downtown Raleigh. She did a wonderful job and got many great shots, both indoor and outdoor, including an overhead shot in the shape of a heart with all our wedding guests. I was looking for the senior pictures for my daughter that would be different from traditional indoor images, and I got the results I wanted working with Lu. She gave us some valuable advises about the ways to get the most out of the session, and she was very prompt and efficient with the time. Lu did a wonderful job photographing my daighter, I still can't believe how good the pictures turned out to be. Those will be great memories for many years ahead.

She brought a kind and pleasant demeanor to the shoot and showed attention to detail (such as creases in dresses and flyaway hair). The shoot felt natural and not rushed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have portrait package options. Ranging from $90-$400 for 30-90 minute shoots. Wedding options range from about $400 to $1600 with album options offered as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to know what you wish to see in your photos as an individual. I collect email address and phone # if you are comfortable with that. I have a very quick turnover rate for photograph editing and presentation to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes on my camera as well as practiced this work from ameture to pro over 20 years. Professionally for 10 years. I believe you never stop practicing and learning. Every shoot you get a little more knowledge. Breaking out of your comfort zone is what makes a great photographer.
