Communication was exceptional on my end. I asked in 2 separate emails prior to the event for confirmation of the address I had been given over the phone. I placed 4 attempted phone calls to point of contact, 2 text messages and an email the day of when I arrived at the address I was given and no such building existed. I in addition drove an additional 15 miles from given address to see if I could make contact with anyone from the group home. No one answered the ONLY phone number I had for this event. No response and after 45 minutes of no contact I refunded the entire amount despite that I drove over an hour each way to a bogus address. I refunded the amount in its entirety and LOST money working with these people!!! I have been a professional photographer for 9 years and have never worked with such an incompentant event planner.
