- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work carefully with each customer; get all the information and work on customizing the package to provide them the best possible price for what they would like to have in their photo shoot experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always intend to fully understand what customers have in mind and I make sure that I discuss any specific request they might have regarding artistic styling, location, time of the day. The collaboration always works out the best when we both are sure what the expectations are. During photo shoots, we keep the communication channels open. After post editing, I provide the customer the selected photos. Surely, I always provide them the opportunity to purchase all the shots as well.
