Jeremy installed a fence at our house. It was a tight space and tricky and he did it with no issues, no complaints and in excellent condition. It’s still holding strong five years later and has never had any issues!

Jeremy (King Craftsman) has done several projects for me including building a beautiful bookcase (exactly as I envisioned it), putting up beadboard, handcrafting two custom thresholds and painting. He has also been immediately responsive to a couple of urgent repairs I needed done. I am hoping to get back on his calendar soon for another project! Jeremy is courteous, professional and communicates well. I believe you would be very happy with his service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a good price for quality work. We will not match competitors because it is important to us to offer a quality product.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by answering the phone. We schedule a day to walk the property and discuss the project needs. We issue a quote within 1-2 days then work out the details. Once we are approved, we receive a 50% deposit up front, order the material, and then about 3-5 days later we get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in woodworking for over 10 years. I worked for companies and alongside professionals doing custom woodworking. I had a successful fencing company in Charleston, SC, and now I have a fencing company here in the Raleigh, NC area.
