- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never match competitors, it's more of a quality thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by answering the phone. Then we meet up and walk the property, draw up a quote then work out the details. Once we are approved, we receive a deposit and order the material, then about 3-5 days later we get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in woodworking for over 5 years. I've worked for companies and alongside professionals doing custom woodworking, then started my own business.
