They did an amazing job. He absolutely knew what he was doing. I sent a reference picture of the design I wanted on the wall and he took it from there. It was quick, easy and the communication was great. Will definitely use again on my next project.

Pete was great to work with. He showed up when he said and created exactly what I wanted. His work is extremely high quality. He also stuck to his price as there were some changes as the project progressed, and he didn’t charge me more. He also followed through on helping me get a painter for the next part of the project. I highly recommended him and plan to hire him for my next carpentry project. He installed custom wainscoting in my powder room and a wall in my family room.
Excellent workmanship! Pete sent me updates with every step to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Will definitely recommend and we will be using him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and I don't ask for more money for small design changes. I don’t ask for any deposit upfront unless cabinets are being built off site in which case we can sign a contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make myself available for questions and I ask a lot myself. I’m very responsive and want to make sure we’re on the same page. I try to get a quote back within 48 hours so the customer has a chance to move on quickly if we aren’t in the same ball park. This is very rare however.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of experience in my field. I’ve had several mentors that I still work with today. I’m always learning new things and implementing them when the situation arises.
