Arrived on time and was thoughtful, communicative, and efficient. His rate of 40/hour is WAY cheaper than anyone I've ever worked with. He fixed a cabinet that's been broken since I moved in, hung a curtain rod, and replaced some rotten boards on my deck. He was ready to paint and complete the job, but I did it myself. I was nevertheless impressed with his instinct for follow-through. He speaks very little English, and we communicated through google translate on his phone, but I liked that approach. 10/10 loved working with him!
