What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to the customer how I'm going to perform the inspection, then I go about my business of doing a very detailed methodical inspection. I take pictures of all problem areas for the report. I will discuss the findings with the client before I leave, and they get a detailed report the next day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years as a custom home builder. Engineering degree from Purdue University. 8 years of continuing education as a home inspector.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This type of work was an easy transition from home building and I enjoy being outside and working with people.
