I hired DoSensual to remove two old couches and a mattress from my apartment. Communication was excellent to set up a date/time for removal, and they arrived on the earlier side of our scheduled window. Their worker, Andrew, was friendly and got the job done. Here’s a polished, firm, and detailed version that still sounds fair and credible:
Jocelyn did a decent job overall, however there were several concerns with the cleaning experience. Unfortunately, she spoke very little English, which made it extremely difficult to communicate areas that were missed or needed additional attention. Communication with Davin was also delayed, and at times it felt easier to just wait for responses whenever he felt it was necessary to provide them.
There were still cobwebs left in wall corners, visible dirt and grease marks remained on cabinet faces and outlet covers within reach, and neither the laundry room nor pantry appeared to have been cleaned at all. We also had painters arriving the very next day for our move-in, and despite scheduling what was clearly communicated as a move-in clean, we still found ourselves having to dust and clean blinds afterward.
Additionally, I had asked a question during the process that still has not received a response. Ironically, I did receive a notification that the cleaning was complete along with a request for a review, despite the photos/video provided appearing to be taken before the entire cleaning had actually been finished.
I truly wanted to love this company and had hoped to use them for recurring monthly cleanings, but based on this experience, I’ll unfortunately be exploring other options moving forward.
