This company says it provides clear communication but it certainly does not. I needed a moveout cleaning rather quickly and was quoted one price and then the price was changed without notice or explanation other than it was “a mistake”. Was not told upfront that a same day appt would be an extra charge. I had to ask for an arrival window which was 8-11am and no cleaner showed up. At 10:57 I was told my cleaner was still finishing another job so my appointment would be moved to the afternoon. No specific time or window was given because they didnt have one!. I was then told “around 3:30” but then the new cleaner got “stuck in traffic and did not make it til after 4pm. When she arrived, she had someone bring her food which she ate during the cleaning which lasted until after 8pm. Lack of communication, pricing descrepancy and delays made an already stressful move much more frustrating. I would rather they had told me they couldnt accommodate my date and I could have found another option that wouldnt waste my whole day or have me worried that I had been scammed because of such poor business practice. Joselyn did do a sufficient job and was very pleasant. Will not use again.

To clarify, the initial price shown through Thumbtack was an estimate based on the platform details, and the final price was reviewed and explained before the appointment was completed. That said, I understand the communication around the timing and arrival updates should have been much clearer. We did experience a cleaner scheduling issue the day of service, which caused the appointment to be moved later than expected. I understand that created stress during your move-out, and that is not the experience we want any customer to have. I’m glad Joselyn was pleasant and completed a sufficient cleaning. We’ll use this situation to improve our cleaner backup process, scheduling updates, and communication moving forward. Thank you again for the opportunity, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
