For over three years, Luke Hayes was my personal trainer. I highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer and coach. Luke is very well trained in personal training. He worked with me to establish diet and exercise goals and held me accountable by asking for regular updates. Luke gave great advice and had a very encouraging attitude. He varied my training routine through a mix of body weight exercises, weight training, and interval, cardio training. Luke focused on ensuring good form while doing all exercises. During my training, I accomplished my goal of losing pounds and body fat. Luke is very professional and easy to work with. Although my training sessions were challenging, I enjoyed the 30 minutes or 1 hour and knew that Luke was choosing the right routine to help me meet my goals.

I worked with Luke as my personal trainer at a Gold's Gym in Northern Virginia and his concern and care for me as an older client helped me advance at a steady pace and learn a lot about my body and how it works. I was sad to see him leave for North Carolina and happy that he is advancing his career. He's a great teacher and coach.

Luke is a very professional personal trainer! When I was working with him one of my main goals was to increase my dumbbell bench press. While working with him I went from a max press of 80lb dumbbells to a PR * Personal Record* of 130lb Dumbbells!! He really knows what he's doing I would highly recommend contacting Luke and scheduling a session with him, it will 100% be worth the time and investment!

I was extremely fortunate to have Luke as my PT for 3 years, 2 sessions per week. Luke is extremely knowledgeable in the field and gets tangible results. I knew from the first session start he would guide me to achieving my fitness goals. and change my life for the better. I just didn't realize how much of a positive impact on my life there would be. Working with Luke, I lost inches, pounds, gained muscle, strength and stamina. Luke motivated, challenged, encouraged, guided and inspired me. He also made the sessions fun! I can't recommend Luke highly enough! If you are fortunate enough to have Luke as your PT, you will be working with the best! Having him as a PT is a life changer!

I met Luke in 2013. He was my first personal trainer. It was the best decision I ever made! I worked out with him in 2013, 2014, and again in 2017. I have a knee and a back disc issue and when he asked it I could do a certain exercise and I couldn't, he would find an alternate exercise. He made working out fun and the hour went by very fast. He challenged me every time I worked out with him which was three times a week, two months at a time. I lost 26 pounds, and went down two dress sizes. Even when I wasn't working out with him, he was always encouraging. He is an excellent personal trainer and an awesome friend! I would work out with him every chance I got.

    My pricing is based off of the high quality service that I provide. I have 8 certifications, a broad range of experience, and make sure that the client is and feels like the #1 priority.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we go through an assessment so that I can learn more about you. We will talk about your nutrition, current workouts, any injuries or medical conditions, and overall lifestyle. All this information is what I use to make your program customized to fit your needs.
