I have worked with clients who want to lose weight, build muscle, tone, recover from surgery, improve athletic performance, and more! Get results in the safest and most efficient way possible. After having 4 kids and being a stay at home mom for 6 years I needed help. Luke listened to my needs and my concerns (my reconstructed knees, lower back issues). He developed training sessions, specific to my circumstances, that built my strength and my confidence. He challenged me, kept me focused on my goals and encouraged me. Through his support and direction, I was able to lose 20 pounds and regain a fitness level I had not seen since being a college athlete. I highly recommend Luke, he is a remarkable trainer!

For over three years, Luke Hayes was my personal trainer. I highly recommend Luke as a personal trainer and coach. Luke is very well trained in personal training. He worked with me to establish diet and exercise goals and held me accountable by asking for regular updates. Luke gave great advice and had a very encouraging attitude. He varied my training routine through a mix of body weight exercises, weight training, and interval, cardio training. Luke focused on ensuring good form while doing all exercises. During my training, I accomplished my goal of losing pounds and body fat. Luke is very professional and easy to work with. Although my training sessions were challenging, I enjoyed the 30 minutes or 1 hour and knew that Luke was choosing the right routine to help me meet my goals.

I met Luke in 2013. He was my first personal trainer. It was the best decision I ever made! I worked out with him in 2013, 2014, and again in 2017. I have a knee and a back disc issue and when he asked it I could do a certain exercise and I couldn't, he would find an alternate exercise. He made working out fun and the hour went by very fast. He challenged me every time I worked out with him which was three times a week, two months at a time. I lost 26 pounds, and went down two dress sizes. Even when I wasn't working out with him, he was always encouraging. He is an excellent personal trainer and an awesome friend! I would work out with him every chance I got.

I cannot say enough great things about Luke. I trained with him for 5 years before he moved. Aside from my initial rapid weight loss and increase in energy - He taught me many things, including that I'm stronger than I thought, more capable than I'll ever know, and how to mix it up with full body workouts. He gave me the confidence to keep at it since we all have our pitfalls, but we can always get it back.

I was extremely fortunate to have Luke as my PT for 3 years, 2 sessions per week. Luke is extremely knowledgeable in the field and gets tangible results. I knew from the first session start he would guide me to achieving my fitness goals. and change my life for the better. I just didn't realize how much of a positive impact on my life there would be. Working with Luke, I lost inches, pounds, gained muscle, strength and stamina. Luke motivated, challenged, encouraged, guided and inspired me. He also made the sessions fun! I can't recommend Luke highly enough! If you are fortunate enough to have Luke as your PT, you will be working with the best! Having him as a PT is a life changer!
