- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price list from which we build our custom systems. First we do a water analysis, then we configure a custom process from this information, and then we calculate the price of that configuration from our price list. This becomes the proposal to the customer. We offer financing options when needed, and do provide discounts for Senior Citizens and HEROs. Healthcare, Educators, Retired/Active Military, and Officers Police/Fire/Rescue workers. Thanks to all for your service.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS Degree in Biochemistry. I have worked for several Fortune 500 industrial water treatment companies and several technology start-ups. We participate in several industry and professional associations. I believe I am pretty unique in my professional experience and qualifications. We have established a great track record to support our mission.
