What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very little overhead compared to the bigger companies which I used to work for. I can offer the same or better quality work for a fraction of the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't try to upsell anything. I provide all the options available for each project so the customer can make their own educated decision without being told what they should do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed plumber with years of field experience. I do training constantly to stay up to date with what's working best in the plumbing field. I will never try something for the first time at a customers home unless it's verified successful first.
