- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is flat rate and presented upfront before any work begins. This allows you to choose exactly what option will work best for you. We offer financing options for larger repairs/replacement. We also offer military & first responders discounts as well as a discount to all plan members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you choose to book online, message, or call in, we will schedule a date that works best for you to meet with our team. Once the appointment has been scheduled you will receive a conformation, and updates via text message. You will also receive a photo of the technician prior to them arriving to your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands on technical field service and installation experience. NC state H3C2 licensed contractor, FTCC certified Air conditioning and Refrigeration, EPA Universal 608 certified.
