Did a really good job on the inside of our 2K sq ft house. Windows were cleaned inside and out. Worked on the leaves in the yard as well. Great attitude and good service.

Very friendly and courteous, but overall it was a fair cleaning job because there were obvious spots to redo after inspecting, and I'd expect an initial clean to cover dusting all blinds, all fixtures, and baseboards in addition to the standard vaccum throughout, sweep n mop of hard floors, and sanitizing bathroom sinks, toilets, and floors. It did not. Crumbs on dining chairs not dusted off. Nothing stood out as exceptional but it was adequate.

Marjorie never showed up, never any communication whatsoever as to why she didn't show up after text, email and call to her inquiring. We made arrangement for a date and time that she offered. Very disappointed & frustrated. This is unprofessional.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go through the home and get an ideal of what they are wanting done in specific. Everyone has their own particulars, so I like to learn a bit about what they want also.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently in college for business administrative. I worked for 3 other cleaning companies before I really went out there on my own. I did a lot of research and now have 6 years experience.
