He did multiple projects at our rental from painting cabinets to installing floors. He discovered a couple issues with the home while installing floors, for example a broken toilet flange, & demonstrated good ethics by bringing it to our attention and stating he wasn't comfortable leaving it knowing it was there. He fixed it inexpensively, and moved on with the project. We had to add a couple other changes to the scope as the project was underway and he took it in stride and carried on. His prices were clear and transparent from the get-go, clearly laying out his labor prices, and giving us receipts for any purchases he had to make. If the one item took longer than planned, he stuck with the price agreed to for labor without shortcutting the work. When he was done, I went to inspect the work and found that one repair had not quite worked out correctly, he returned quickly and fixed it, with no additional charges. All this and easy to talk to, great handyman!

Excellent experience, price was more than reasonable I received more than I actually paid for, workers were very polite, friendly and answered any questions I had throughout the process. They were very honest and didn't try covering things up. When we did run into a water issue they fixed the issue and didn't hardly charge me for it. My floors look amazing, although I'm going through a renovation process and things are a little everywhere the first thing people say when they walk in is who did your floors they look so good.

From the estimate to completion of the project, I am very satisfied. My ceilings had soot damage from burning too many candles in my entryway, living room, kitchen, dining room and hallway. Mark and his crew did an excellent job painting my ceilings and base boards. They were very friendly and hardworking. I am very impressed with their attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire Mark and his crew for any home improvement project I might have.

I hired Mark to paint several rooms in my house and could not be happier. Prior to painting each room, Mark took the time to prep each wall, including filling holes and sanding a few rough areas all at a more than reasonable price. After seeing how great everything turned out, I decided to hire Mark to finish a few other jobs around the house.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to look at the project and give a accurate and detailed estimate
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started straight out of high school as a painter. In my early twenties I started doing electrical work. Over the next ten years I started doing all types of home improvements for family and friends. In 2005 I decided to go in business for myself. I hired guys who where experienced in area that I was not. Through working with them I became more familar with these trades.
What types of customers have you worked with?
