- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please know that the price in thumbtack is a autogenerated number, based off of the information you put in. This allows me to give you an idea. I will need to see the job before I am able to give you an actual quote. Things that needed to be considered: materials, equipment, driving time, fuel cost, man hours, etc. However, I try to remain fair. Initial service will always be higher than the reoccurring services. There is a lot more to take in account for a property I have never worked before. My discounts come with referrals and packages. Feel free to ask me more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the customer actual wants out of my services. If I cannot fulfill that need, I have no problem explaining that part to them. I do not know everything, nor am I able to do every job. I am a very upfront and honest person, I like to show that initially.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I founded this opportunity with my love and satisfaction of providing a quality product. In my search for my life after the military, I found that this would be suitable work. Allowing me to use my work ethic and provide a service which I enjoy and I am passionate about. Additionally, with having kids in the age of seeking employment, I will be able to mentor them as they approach the work force.
