- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our management fee is not taken from any owner until we actually start collecting rent. There is no fee for advertising.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to look at the house in person and then go over the comps with the owner to give them the best idea what to do in order to obtain the amount of rent they need to meet their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate agent in North Carolina since 2005. I have property management experience since 2013 and attend various property management seminars to keep up with the new rules and regulations required by law. I now concentrate solely on property management rather than real estate sales, however, I do list the properties for my owners who have decided to switch from property management to selling their properties.
