What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is industry standard for NC notaries, which is $10 per signature. Also there will be a mileage fee assessed based on distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call the customer and we will have a short conversation about the process, date and time of signing. We will also discuss final fees prior to meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a NC Notary Public since 2012 and an E-notary since 2019. I have completed over 400 signings between general notary, auto titles and loan signings.
