Introduction: I enjoy technology and enjoy helping people understand technology. Whenever there is an issue with one of our workstations at my employer, before outside resources are used they will generally call me to help them out. From helping someone understand how to convert or download a file to working with tech support solving issues with our server or field service management software. I also played a leading role in upgrading the company's IT infrastructure to better facilitate workstation and server upgrades as well as the transition to VoIP. Steve is all about customer service and daily there is interaction with clients and technicians that are in the field.
Steve also has an Associates Degree in Computer Information Science through ECPI University
From a computer that isn't able to connect to the Internet to a smartphone that can't receive email, I enjoy resolving issues with technology. Helping people to understand that some of today's technology isn't really that complicated. I am a visual learner and have found out that most of the people that I interact with on a daily basis are. After, helping someone understand there smartphone to understanding what not to do in the future to prevent problems is enjoyable.
