What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please Visit us at ************************* for detailed pricing. All up front prices are just estimates from information shared between customer and business based on junk location on property along with the size and weight of the items that need to be removed. Final pricing will be settled once an in person evaluation is made.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a brand new company, so this is subject to change. Currently we will need the *************************************, and then we will ask a few basic questions about the job to establish an estimated price. We would like to collect pictures or video if at all possible to try to get the estimated price as close to the end price as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the work force for over 35 years. My skills range widely. Everything I've learned led up to me being a business owner and operator of this junk removal business. I've done my homework and continue to do so to hopefully scale this business up and give our customers the best experience they can receive with our service.
