- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HVAC flat rate pricing is a pricing system , we charge a fixed price per job based on the type of work or repair being completed. This system allows the customer to know exactly how much they will be charged for a job before work begins and eliminates the potential for additional charges or unexpected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation: will meet with the customer to discuss the project, including the symptoms the customer is experiencing, the age of the current HVAC system, and any specific energy-efficient or green features that the customer is interested in. Site assessment: will conduct a site assessment to evaluate the customer's home and determine the best course of action for the project. This may include inspecting the current HVAC system and taking measurements of the home. Recommendations: Based on the site assessment, will provide the customer with recommendations for the project, including any necessary repairs or replacements. Quote: provide the customer with a quote for the project, including the cost of labor and any necessary materials. Project completion: Once the customer has accepted the quote and agreed to the terms of the project, will complete the work as agreed upon. Follow-up: may follow up with the customer after the project is completed to ensure that the work was satisfactory and to address any additional questions or concerns.
