Highly recommend Clarity Inspections very helpful with us being first time home owners he was early for our appointment and very thorough with his inspection and pointed out any potential future issues. His pictures help you know what to keep a eye out for and what's not important. His price seemed very reasonable if your looking for a homeinspection this is your guy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally based off square footage of the property. We do offer additional inspections for detached structures, additional guest homes, etc. Feel free to contact us for special projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kurtis is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector and member of CCPIA: Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association. Prior member of the Carpenter's Union and experience in building high-rise hotels, home remodeling and repair experience.
