Dave performed well above my expectations. He is very professional and does top quality work at a very fair price. He was very kind to my family and me and most importantly, honest about the cost of top quality work which is more than fair. Dave was great! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was prompt and was very friendly. His prices are reasonable. Any one needing a reliable guy, Dave is your man. He cut out the floor board under the sink , which had rotted out due to a faulty garbage disposal. He replaced it with better flooring in no time at all.

I had various things addressed from light construction to nail holes filled and wall dents corrected. He even did extra things for free : high lights replaced , carpet mending , and painting over repaired areas to match: very reasonable : estimate same as cost
