I had various things addressed from light construction to nail holes filled and wall dents corrected. He even did extra things for free : high lights replaced , carpet mending , and painting over repaired areas to match: very reasonable : estimate same as cost

Dave was great! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was prompt and was very friendly. His prices are reasonable. Any one needing a reliable guy, Dave is your man. He cut out the floor board under the sink , which had rotted out due to a faulty garbage disposal. He replaced it with better flooring in no time at all.

Dave performed well above my expectations. He is very professional and does top quality work at a very fair price. He was very kind to my family and me and most importantly, honest about the cost of top quality work which is more than fair. Very nice people, but very disappointed in the results. I had to repaint everything, to include a 30 foot high foyer in which I had to purchase a ladder to do so, after paying an extra $300 for an extra coat that did nothing. Main issue is everyone that paints should know not to go up and down in straight lines, which apparently was not the case in what I had to fix. I paid for this because I have had 2 back surgeries, 4 knee surgeries etc, otherwise I would have done it myself from the start. While waiting for this to be fixed, before I had to do it, I asked for my house to be pressure washed, which I was given a price of $500 for a 2-story house. Last year and again this year I had it done for $200. Quite a difference. At that time I had also asked for a piece of my siding to be adjusted (slid a little left) and my dryer outlet to be covered....wanted $200, fixed it for $12 in less than 20 minutes myself. Yes, I know, time is money, but as a vet that has a hard time climbing ladders etc, I am not pleased that I basically had to redo the paint (terrible job does not come close to describing it) and in turn was asked for $ 500 to pressure wash a house whereas all my neighbors even thought was deplorable, and so on. SAVE your time, money, etc.

my work is guaranteed for 30 days he had 30 days to say something that he didn't like it and I would have redone it for free but when I wouldn't do something for nothing he wrote me this bad review and his wife was real happy with the work that was done
