FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in upfront, honest pricing with no surprise fees. I offer fair rates that reflect quality workmanship, and I’m always willing to walk you through the breakdown. I also offer discounts for an array of different issues. With this being a new business my prices are going to be lower compared to large companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening. Every home and every situation is different, so I take the time to understand the customer’s concerns. Then I inspect the system, explain what I find, and walk them through all their options—no pressure, just honest advice. From there, we schedule the work and get it done cleanly, efficiently, and right the first time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an extensive Tech Builder Program at Morris Jenkins in 2016 and now hold an H3-C2 state HVAC license which requires 4,000 hours in the field along with verified experience. The NC state test for my license is regarded as one of the hardest test in the country so passing it was a huge accomplishment for me. I’m an HVACR instructor at NASCAR Technical Institute where I’m required to have continuing education in my field and teach up to 30 students from scratch. I’ve completed advanced training in system diagnostics, air distribution, and energy-efficient design, and I stay current with the latest technology and code updates.
