Its my pleasure to write an outstanding review for the company Water Heater Express.When I was searching for the best company to replace my home hot water heater, I looked to the Ai app CHAT-GPT,When I used CHAT-GPT to select the best hot water heater replacement company here locally in charlotte North Carolina, its number one recommendation wasWater Heater Express.I called their business office, and was pleasantly greeted by one of their sales representatives who arranged an appointment for their service team to come to my home and replace my water heater the very next day.The Express portion of their company name is well warranted and represents their speed of providing express services.I was very much impressed with the quality of the water heater itself, as well as the outstanding 5+ rating of the installation technician Mr. Matt Maynor.Matt has extensive experience and is a highly qualified plumbing professional. I know this because I personally asked him about his professional background experience.In conclusion, I will highly recommend Water Heater Express to all my friends and family who are in need of a hot water replacement. I was very satisfied with my overall experience with Water Heater Express. The company kept me informed if there were any delays. Matt, my service representative was pleasant & very informative, even taking the time to show me how I could maintain my tankless unit myself. I would surely recommend Water Heater Express.

The entire process was high quality and transparent. My water heater went and they prioritized getting to me and getting me hot water as soon as possible. They walked me through the pros and cons of replacing the tank or going tankless, and with photos was able to get a sense of overall cost. No one else would do this without scheduling an in home inspection first. They got me hot water in 24 hours from when we first talked and the installer (Matt) was fantastic. He kept me up to date on everything and worked to get everything done around my schedule when possible. Highly recommend and super happy with the work and cost! Thank you!

I contacted Water Heater Express regarding a repair on a 7 year old water heater. Matt was my technician and did the repair quickly and neatly. He also corrected a flue pipe. Will use them again.
