From start to finish Josh, Matt and helper(Forgot his name)were excellent, very informative and educated on the tank-less water heater I had installed.I called for an estimate and they arrived the same day. Very professional installation,neat and clean and a good clean up on job site. Matt explained everything I wanted and needed to know to maintain the system and offered to stop back if I needed him to show anything further. Excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are generally the lowest price because we only do water heaters (lower overhead than general plumbers). We give an accurate quote over the phone with a few details and pictures of your unit—no diagnostic fee and no surprises. All pricing is all-inclusive (unit, labor, removal/recycling of the old one, tax). Our technicians are not commissioned salespeople, so they won’t upsell. We also beat any written quote for the same equipment and scope, and currently offer $100 off replacements when you mention how you found us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or text us anytime—even nights/weekends. We start with free phone troubleshooting (we fix many issues right then). If you need service or a new unit, we give a firm price over the phone, schedule same-day service in most cases with a tight 2-hour arrival window, arrive fully stocked, install/repair cleanly, remove the old unit, and get your hot water back (often within an hour of starting). You always talk to a real person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed and insured in North Carolina. Our technicians are water-heater specialists (plumbers by trade)—we’ve installed thousands of units and know every common brand, model, and issue inside and out. Focusing only on water heaters gives us deeper expertise than companies that treat them as a side job.
